From the moments I think I’m not worthy of succeeding, get the feeling
That I’m not being who I’m meant to be makes me go to my knees, I pray

That’s when I hear God say
Close your eyes
Turn off your mind

I don’t care what people see it takes way too much of my energy
Along the road through life I’ve tried so hard, I’ve tried so hard
From the moments I lash out in fury, full of worry, I’m still learning
To give my problems to God to resolve make sure He’s still involved, I pray
